Orlando, FL (May 12, 2008) The Goodyear Challenge Late Models roll
into Orlando SpeedWorld this Friday night for 100 laps of hot Late
Model racing action. As the weather heats up these days, so does
the racing and the Goodyear Challenge has some of the best Late
Models in the state to prove it.
A.J. Curreli leads the points thus far this year for the Challenge
followed closely by Daniel Keene, Jr., Jessica Murphy, Darren Brown
and Alan Bruns. All know Orlando well and will be top contenders
for the win.
Also on the program with the Goodyear Challenge Late Model 100
will be the Legends, Bandoleros, Modifieds, Sportsman, Super Stock,
and Strictly Stock. The Open Wheel Modifieds will also get an
extra treat as they get in FREE this Friday night at Orlando for
racing.
Pit gates will open at 2 pm on Friday with practice ALONE for
the Goodyear Challenge Late Models from 3 to 4 pm. Division practice
will follow with the Goodyear mixed into that.
Qualifying for the Goodyear Challenge Late Model 100 will be
at 6:45 pm with racing action at 8:00 pm.
General admission is $20.00, students and seniors (62 and older)
$15.00, children 11 and under FREE.
